Just had my Thanksgiving dinner on the 28th of November....We had to plan a day when all my friends and neighbors could attend.  We had a great dinner and then went to the Las Vegas Speedway to see the holiday light display.  Really nice to see and a good time had by all!  This is what I fixed for a jello dish.  This dish is a recipe from Carole Cost my Son-in-law's mother.  Sooo good!
Lime Jello dessert
CRUST:
1 and 1/2 pkg graham crackers crushed, 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter melted, 2 TBS powdered sugar
refrigerate crust for 45 minutes

JELLO MIXTURE:
mix 1 small box lime jello and 1 cup boiling water and put in fridge until syrupy
beat 1 cup sugar with 3 oz cream cheese and set aside
beat 1 can (12 oz) evaporate milk (which you have put in the freezer for about 1 or 2 hours along with the beaters and the bowl) with 2 TBS vanilla until fluffy.
fold the syrupy jello mixture into cream cheese mixture then add all to foamy milk
sprinkler graham cracker on top!
Enjoy!
