While in St. Louis my daughter threw a pumpkin carving party for some of their friends....Each family was to bring a dish to share.  One really good dish was a dip which one of my son-in-laws co-workers brought.
We really enjoyed cleaning the bowl.

1 package of Jimmy Dean's regular or hot sausage (your preference) cooked and drained
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 can of Rotel tomatoes ( I use the mild)
Mix all the ingredients together in baking dish  and bake in oven on 350 for about 20 minutes.
Serve with tostito scoops!

Enjoy!
