Here is the recipe:
Chicken Corn Soup
Make Chicken stock (using 1
whole chicken, celery and onion roughly chopped) cover with water and
cook for 1 or 2 hours. Strain the broth and let chicken cool before
removing meat) Toss away the celery and onions.
Sauté in pot 1onion and 2 stalks of celery (chopped)
Add the stock and 1 tsp of
Better than Buillion.
Add 2 diced potatoes.
(Cook until tender)
Add I bag of whole kernel corn
or 2 cans of whole kernel corn.
Add some parsley flakes about
2 tablespoons.
Add 2or3 sliced hard boiled
eggs
Salt and pepper to taste…
You can also use your already
made chicken stock or boxed chicken stock and add some store bought
cooked chicken.
